Not, it is not the original version/performance, nor even the cover is the same. It is a re-make or re-recording made by Oldfield in 2003. Nor even Viv Stamshall perform the vocal narration since it passed away in 1995, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vivian_Stanshall It is narrated by a funny voice guy. Even worts, the instruments dont had the original timbre. A disappointing performance, but the sound quality must be great since it was recorded in 2003 apparently.
Before purchase listen it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctTN3cvOELQ

TOGP-15005 is listed on CDJapan (I'm not allowed to post the link here, but you can easily find it by googling "TOGP-15005 cdjapan") It's OOP.
It looks like the japanese version of the 2001 SACD reissue of the original 1973 recording. Given the content (hybrid, 4.0 surround) and the release date (2003/11/19), it is very likely the same disc. The audio samples are from the 1973 recording.
Here's the cover with obi from another site:

I don't think "Tubular Bells 2003" (one of the several remakes) was ever released on SACD.

There's yet another reissue due in Japan end of this month (UICY-40016) but on closer inspection it turns out it's not an SACD but a 'Platinum SHM-CD'
