The booklet for this CD states that the recording was "Mixed on SADIE PCM 8".
Does this mean that the recording was made via PCM and then converted to DSD? If so, does this mean there is some loss in audio quality, as I understand PCM is more limited than DSD.
Pardon my ignorance on technical matters, if my question above is unclear or confused!

If the recording was made with PCM, there is a theoratical quality loss, but wether it is audible is a different issue.
There are so many great sounding PCM recordings available on SACD which prove that the type of recording (DSD or PCM) is not a decisive issue.
A SADIE 8 DSD workstation was also announced, but I can't find info on the official website. Maybe DSD support was integrated into the PCM models.

Yes. Both Op. 1 & 2. The sound quality is excellent. I was just wondering whether it could have been even better!

The Sadie website has a new announcement that an administrator was appointed to the company on 15/2/08, which means that the company is insolvent and unable to pay its creditors - so, it may be about to be liquidated.
