Having trouble with some of my SACDs, to which one of you may have some advice. During the last track or two the player starts skipping, a second or so at first, then several seconds, then stops; the time indicator then shows 00:00:00. Preceding tracks will play, but the laser always skips and stops on the same tracks. I've checked the discs for dirt or scratches, carefully wiping the discs clean, but to no avail. The discs originally played without error, and have not been dropped, skidded, or used as coasters; and the problem exists on only a few discs. The player is a Denon DVD-2900, purchased new in 2001. It does not skip on DVDs or RBCDs; however, once warmed up (after playing a disc or two) it will not read RBCDs (timer indicates 00:00:00). Any thoughts? Thanks!

Use Meguiar's Wash® and finish with Turtle Polish®
Guaranteed not to crack your disks like Ultra-Shitzki.

If that doesn't help may I suggest the following:

It's not the discs.
The laser is likely starting to go out.
You might want to have the player looked at by a tech.
