The SACD booklet doesn't say, but the LP version mentions analogue recording equipment (Ampex ATR-102) in the credits:

Not really, Tacet's "Tube" series of recordings, all made in the last 10 years are all recorded on tubed analog reel to reel recorders.

All Reference Recordings since about 1990 are recorded in both analog (Prof. Johnson's focused-gap reel to reel) and digital, before that they were all analog. This SACD Exotic Dances from the Opera - Eiji Oue was recorded analog in 1996.

Cookie Marenco's Blue Coast Records are all recorded analog and mixed in DSD.

Even Telarc sometimes records in analog The Manhattan Transfer: Vibrate
