When I was younger (so much younger than today), in my teens, I had my own quality indicator : LP’s with a yellow label and covers with the big yellow logotype were the ones to have…Now, a few decades and many closed eyes later, I know of course hat the musicians, the view, the instruments, the technics are important and there are lots of great labels… And yet, very recent, I feel again a special excitement around one label… blue this time, with a nice painting on the cover, a tempting fount… Yes, I have most of the SACD’s from ARTS authentic and they are marvelous. But I took this one specifically because it contains a miracle. Position yourself at the best place between your speakers, be sure about the correct volume, balans, no background noise, no interruption and listen to the 6th concerto… T h i s i s p e r f e ct … perfect playing, perfect rhythm, perfect pulse, perfect sound, there is no better Vivaldi…this is pure sparkling Italian Baroque, Venice on a nice day in spring. This is the breathtaking summit of a heavenly SACD… And yes, together with the very high quality of the other authentic-SACD’s, I am now impatiently waiting for the next ones from ARTS.
