As wehecht notes, "She produces a wonderfully solid and rounded tone". It should be added that the pianist PRODUCED these discs herself as well, then handed them over to Avie for distribution. Quite a bit of talent there!

I have been on the verge of reviewing Borac's discs myself for quite a while now, but I don't know what to say except to heap superlative upon superlative. Enescu deserves a greater place in 20th century music, and Borac is the perfect advocate. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

Couldn't agree more. These are great discs as is her Schubert/Liszt, also on Avie.
