In my opinion I would stay away from this particular version of Vivaldi's four seasons. Like most people I own many version of this famous work but I must say this is a real letdown and the only one I dislike.

Why you ask ??? I find it lacks passion and even though it sounds like it should there is a complete life-lessness to it that is hard to explain. In addition the recording lacks fidelity even though it's a real sacd.

I suspect it had the same characteristics on vinyl record as well.

It's boring and blah!!!! No matter how many times I give it a try I turn it off shortly thereafter.
